Mastering work on the Intrinsic Action "Five" compact disc (BloodLust! 048 / Vestige CD 6) is nearly complete. The existing tracks have been remastered from the best possible analog cassette source, and the previously unreleased bonus material has been edited and mastered from an additional archival tape from the same time period. A final master will be ready by late next week. Pre-production of the artwork has begun, and a projected release date will be posted soon.
Bookings for BLOODYMINDED are still in progress, and we soon hope to announce two July shows, both of which will be in Chicago. August dates on the East Coast are currently being discussed.
Although we were not able to go into the recording studio with Xavier Laradji while he was visiting the USA, his vocal contribution to the forthcoming "Gift Givers" compact disc should be completed this weekend, in Paris. Amadou Sall, from the great industrial band Collapse (and formerly of the legendary Treponem Pal), will generously be assisting with the engineering and recording. Amadou will also contribute a musical element to "Gift Givers."
