Welcome to 2019...The year I unpack every last archival cassette, DAT, and MiniDisc possible. As the archives go, I've been listening to some early live recordings by Intrinsic Action over the past week and I've been coming up with some ideas for sharing them... As for Ensemble Sacrés Garçons, I've been listening to the unreleased "II" recordings, making notes, writing new lyrics, and discussing a completion plan with Andrea and Paolo. I may need to pack a bag soon... I've remained busy with Super Eight Loop, reaching and passing the 10% mark, and feeling like I've hit my stride in the digitization process. I appreciate everyone who has been supporting the two new BLOODYMINDED live at No Fun Fest recordings! The feedback we've been receiving has been really great.
The "Mystery Box" continues to gain in popularity and I've been enjoying packing them up for those who've already ordered them. I've been digging up some cool old flyers, etc., to include. Thank you to those who've already played along! http://bloodshop.bigcartel.com/product/mystery-box

No news this week, other than that we're still getting the word out about the two new live BLOODYMINDED CDs from our 2005 and 2006 performances at No Fun Fest. The CDs are each limited to 100 copies and they're available exclusively through our Bandcamp page (not via the BloodLust! webstore)
The Fortieth Day is the duo of Isidro Reyes and Mark Solotroff, both key players in the heavy-electronics outfit BLOODYMINDED, a band known for its aggressive and confrontational live shows. In The Fortieth Day, Reyes and Solotroff utilize guitar, bass, drum machine, and analog synthesizer to create epic, blackened, psychedelic-industrial drone soundscapes.
Thanks to everyone who has supported my new solo release! I've been getting really positive messages from people who've already listened to it, which I truly appreciate.
The limited edition cassette version of my newest synth recording is still available exclusively through my Bandcamp page (not via the BloodLust! webstore). The cassette was professionally duplicated in an edition of 50 copies, it features black and white Xeroxed covers hand finished in red ink, and it includes download codes.
Ensemble Sacrés Garçons desk work. Lots of mid-1990's notes, design/mock-ups, and Milanese maps to review, while listening to various tapes.
Ensemble Sacrés Garçons was initially billed as a collaboration between Iugula-Thor and Intrinsic Action (with support from Sshe Retina Stimulants) and we released our debut in 1995, on Old Europa Cafe, which you can stream here:
Nightmares is the synth trio of Jonathan Canady (Angel of Decay, Dead World, Deathpile, etc.), David Reed (Envenomist, Imvixor, Luasa Raelon, etc.) and Mark Solotroff (Anatomy of Habit, BLOODYMINDED, The Fortieth Day, Intrinsic Action, etc.)
