Special Thanks: Grey, for the inspired guest vocals and total enthusiasm, Charlie and Grey for the over-the-top Green Door show and for their hospitality; Gary Mammal for driving us to the late night Coney Island joint; Nick in Champaign, for the hard work he put into setting up the show, for the amazing poster/drawing, for the cool (quiet) Silvum debut (complete with bizarre note-taking), and for letting us crash in his hospital suite; Blake the S&M cowboy, for the fantastic Saturday show, and for the much-needed comic relief; Heath, for the freaky “Super Street” cassettes; Eric SWtE, for letting us jump on three nights of his tour – it was great to finally hear your stuff; Olson and Connelly, for the fucking great energy and love/hate – Grey never stood a chance on Thursday (but he never dropped his synth!); all of the other artists/groups who put up with us all weekend; Vanessa and Marlene for videotaping us at Buddy; all of our friends and family who made it out on Saturday; and everyone else who we know, who we just met, and/or who cheered, jeered, and kept the energy going all weekend…I am currently on major antibiotics, etc., dealing with intense bronchitis…and keeping a low profile after the doctor gave me a stern warning about the risk of pneumonia. My apologies to anyone who I plagued-up over the weekend. I need to pull it together for next Tuesday’s show…Thanks!
