The Water in Far Rockaway

I was really pleased to see/hear Teeny Bopper and Tension Fields last night at Enemy. Safe to say, both sets were all kinds of fucked up. Jeremy and Frank really brought the full package. Further proof that the Yellow Tears / Red Light District / Far Rockaway scene is on a very different and/or higher wavelength that most everyone else out there, at the moment. I definitely recommend supporting this tour, which is making some usual and unusual stops along the way. Make it a play date, for sure! Women's Lib (PTM Jim in bra and wig) was quite a spectacle, while Jason Soliday and Magia Nuda (Mike Osaka doing strong power-electronics) rounded out the night, which started a mere two hours late. It figured that I had to get up at 4:45 AM today!
