Rabbit at Cobra

Rabid Rabbit plays at Cobra Lounge tonight. Get there early if you want to catch RR.  I hope to make it for their set but I do not plan on staying for the entire show.

Death Beat

I saw a great show last night at Treasure Town with Socially Retarded, Sea of Shit, Nazi Dust, The Impalers, and Miasmal.  It was a pretty brutal blend of noise-soaked power-violence, dark punk, D-beat, and trashy death metal.  The intensity of the night built and built, with The Impalers playing a crushing set that upped the ante of violence for the night.  Nice to see a bunch of friends out at the show.

Status - 5/19 - Pt. 2

- Redrot LP sleeves arrived today and they look fantastic.  Vinyl is still a ways out...

- More stock of the Philip Best "American Campgrounds" book arrived this week.  If you saw a "sold out" message at the BloodShop! that was because I neglected to update the inventory.  They are definitely in stock and shipping immediately. Air Mail shipping for this item went up a bit based upon the cost of the last several copies that were mailed.  The books are very heavy, and are running about $20.00 to ship overseas.

Status - 5/19

- Redrot LP sleeves were shipped by the printer; vinyl about four weeks out
- Re-stock in of Philip Best "American Campgrounds" book
- More news soon on 5/30 Mark Solotroff performance with Scum R, Magas, and Richard Pinhas (of Heldon): http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=158807004178779

Post-Kuma's - with Isidro - last night (I had the Solace again...the best damned Patty Melt you'll ever have!), I arrived home to find a PDF of the BLOODYMINDED "Gift Givers" digipak design in my in-box, thanks to the hard work of former band member Megan Emish.  We are reviewing the layout and expect to put the re-issue into production very soon...

Buggy Blog

I have no clue as to why older posts are not automatically showing up in the stream for some folks, including me.  It may be time to update this blog's template again... ugh...
