The Fortieth Day Sessions

Weekly sessions continue for The Fortieth Day and recorded material of all sorts is being stockpiled. It has been great to be back in such a consistent playing mode with Isidro these past few months. Last night's work was especially fruitful... some amazing new sounds rose out of the ooze.

We have been trying new/different gear -- I am switching back and forth between guitar and Korg Monotron (yes, it is a part of everything lately) and Isidro has been doing amazing stuff with his Electro-Harmonix 2880... no coincidence that the same device plays a big part in Anatomy of Habit.

We actually have a couple of new full-length releases near completion, each with some mastering issues/glitches that need to be resolved, and once those are sorted out, we will begin to dive into the hours of newly recorded material... Stay tuned...
