The band encompasses elements of doom metal, post-punk, death-rock, noise-rock, industrial, psychedelic, and shoegaze. The band's last album, "Ciphers + Axioms," was released by Relapse Records. Since we're still on hold, as far as shows go, we're not only continuing planning for our next album, I've also been focused on writing. I just shared four new songs with with the other guys, and I'm working on more lyrics, on most days. New Album: We're excited that we'll be working with Alexandra Lerman, a Brooklyn-based artist - and a dear friend, as we develop the cover art and the design of our new album. BLOODYMINDED’s live shows are exceptionally energetic and are characterized by physical engagement, layers of abrasive analog synthesizer, aggressive vocals, and abundant feedback. In a live context, BLOODYMINDED celebrate and deconstruct the rock and roll performance. More news soon... New album: The foundations of ten new songs are shaping up very nicely, as band members have been sharing their work over the past few weeks. We'll keep assembling things remotely until we're ready to head into the studio with Sanford Parker to work on "amplified" sounds, vocals, and mixing.
